1. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT All images contained in this gallery are the exclusive property of Stacks Pickleball and its official photographers. Stacks Pickleball retains the copyright to all media. Downloading an image does not transfer ownership to you.

2. APPROVED PERSONAL USE We want you to share these! You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use these images for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Approved personal use includes:

• Posting to your personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Printing for personal display in your home or office.

• Sharing directly with friends and family.

• (Optional but appreciated!) Tagging @StacksPickleball when you post so we can share the hype.

3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL USE You may not use these images for any commercial, promotional, or financial gain without explicit, written permission from Stacks Pickleball prior to use. Prohibited commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the images to promote a brand, business, sponsor, or product.

• Selling, licensing, or sub-licensing the images.

• Using the images in paid advertising, marketing materials, or business websites.

• Entering the images into photography competitions.

Note for Sponsored Players: If you wish to provide images to your paddle sponsors or brand partners for their commercial social media or marketing use, the brand must contact Stacks Pickleball directly to negotiate commercial licensing.

4. ALTERATIONS AND WATERMARKS You may apply standard social media filters to the images for personal posting. However, you may not heavily manipulate, edit, or alter the core nature of the photos. If watermarks are present on the images, they must not be cropped out or digitally removed.

5. REVOCATION OF RIGHTS Stacks Pickleball reserves the right to immediately revoke this personal-use license and demand the removal of any image if we determine that it is being used in violation of these terms or in a way that negatively impacts the Stacks Pickleball brand.
